Theoretical and methodological basis of optimizing program of development and social correction of expectations of personality
AbstractIn the article the conceptual clauses, methodological principles of optimizing program of correction and social expectations of personality are proved and exposed. Principles are stated as verified system, on which the construction program of research and experiment was based and it provided a formal experimental consistency, content-richness, social and psychological fullness. It is outlined stages, blocks, trends, techniques, methods and forms of optimization of correction and social expectations of the probationers, combined and presented schematically. It is described directions of forming and correctional phase of research program: forming and developing, prevention and correction.It is noted that the program of optimization and correction of social expectations included: orientation toward investigated as a subject of educational activities; individual approach to probationers; subject-subject relationships; a systematic approach to organizing and creating developing environment; skillful combining of molding influences; self-regulatory content of probationer's activity.It is concluded that the theoretical and methodological basis of optimizing program of development and social correction of expectations of personality enables us to move to implementation of formative experiment of research
