Abstract

The article explores the reasons for activization of the domestic economy at end of the XIXc. Ad the beginning of the XXc. Which werere lated to there formation activity of S. Yu. Vitte, a prominent figure and politician of that time. More thorough lyaretreated someways of functioning the business, such as joint stock partnerships, the credit policy, the taxation reform. Both the strong and weak points of these measures are analyzed which gave a prominent impetus for the development of the domestic industry
