Future psychologists’ educational and vocational the self-realization in the process of professional training

Abstract

The author emphasize that professional development is a long and dynamic process and allocate it, at least the preparation stage to the choice of profession, stage of training and stage of direct professional activity. Here is the most common definition of professionalization: it is a holistic continuous process of formation of professional identity and professional who begins with the moment of choice of profession, lasts during all professional life of a person and ends when the person stops his professional activity. In psychology it is also generally recognized that professional development at different stages of human life is the result, a means of personal development. Note that at the level of analysis of the process of professionalism in it, as we have already noted, there are streams of personal and professional development.The process of professional development – is the process of integral development of the individual as the subject of professional activity. This process is determined by the social situation of development, leading activity, and the activity of the individual, while professional development involves the need of the individual in it, the pursuit of their professional growth.
