Phenomenology and conditions of formation of managerial consience as a systemic formation of psyche

Abstract

The article describes phenomenology of the «managerial conscience» notion as a systemic psychic formation. Methodological expedience of reviewing the phenomenon of managerial conscience within the bounds of logic in managerial vision of professional reality was substantiated. Considering the foregoing, formation of managerial conscience within the context of analyzing the image of world of profession during professional training was highlighted. The following indicators of formed managerial conscience were described: professional competence as existence in specialists of a developed field of professional meanings; highly-developed reflection, because it enables adjustment of manager’s personalindividual flaws and development of skills and qualities necessary for efficient management, and solves the problem of professional identification; complexity and differentiation of category-based system of professional knowledge. The connection between manager’s value-based orientations and formation of professional selfconscience and communicative skills was analyzed. Conditions of formation of a future professional manager’s professional managerial conscience via formation of own system of transforming information and explaining professional reality were reviewed. It was proved that in the course of professional and practical training the subjective world of a future manager transforms itself, in terms of meaning, into the world of working manager’s profession
