Indexes of emotional intellect in the structure of psychological readiness to professional activity of future Ortopedagogies

In the article the structure forming psychological readiness of future Ortopedagogies and rehabilitators certain to professional activity and the results of experiment on the study of level constituents emotional intellect are analysis for the students of I - II of courses to this speciality, and also students - teachers of initial classes of general schools.The analysis of personality psychological capabilities proved for the students of initial courses, that absolute indexes of constituents of emotional intellect are the intrapersonal and interpersonally understanding, and also management - high not enough for professional work with such difficult contingent, as children with disorders of mental and physical development, in particular with violations of functions locomotorium system. At the low index of the interpersonally understanding for students the index of interpersonally management is higher, and index of interpersonal management below as compared to the index of the interpersonal understanding.This situation testifies that for young people in age 18-19, students of I - II of courses, future teachers, at the low level of feeling and understanding psychology of other man and construction interpersonally relations, is lined up the rules of management by these relations. And vice versa - at the higher rates of the personality understanding, a low level of management is an emotional Eigen state. Development of making components emotional intellect, necessary for creation of professional competence the future Ortopedagogies and reabilitator, can come true on the special training program for students on forming of psychological readiness to professional activity; will be realized both optionally and during obligatory practical activity within the framework of the educational program
