Abstract

Investigation problem innovation development education institution on the principles new technologies in environment internetics, neuron education science, gender - etiology, psych- genetic, psych- ecology, acmeology, cyber- acme- Nano-  psych- genetic.  The main goal author cybernetic- acmeology neuron education science - use a computer innovation  technologies for automation problems education and shape effective optimal methodic, algorithms, programs development, training, improve, self- programming acme- person.  Use innovation analytical- eristic and expert computer technology for Acme- innovation development  education institution on the modern step. Internetics use for information retrieval and complex networks.Investigation problem the project Acme- environment education institution  for create a new person Ukraine: patriot, moralistic, professional.Acme- environment education institution - super effective technology and methodic instrument for open inside resources person on the base praxeology, innovation technical instrument and technology.Author use new theoretic paradigm acme- environment education institution and quality education and educate in use system analyze, acmeology, cyberacmeology.Project cybernetic acmeology medicine- biology expert- analytic information system for research inside parameters person (4500 characteristics, parameters person). System  create moral passport and  passport individual parameters person (genotype, phenotype) for investigate acme- point in creative development person for help Self- education, programming on so on.
