Synergetic model of self-organization of family with children with disabilities

The paper suggested a synergetic approach to the problem of family interaction, burdened by the situation of children with disabilities.  The results of theoretical analysis found that parents of children with disabilities peculiar psychophysical development: the experience of existential crisis;  low background mood;  feelings of alienation;  loss of meaning in life;  depression;  emotional reactivity;  discomfort, high levels of anxiety, vulnerability, emotional lability, irritability;  Interpretive stress (anxiety, affective stress, panic, state of confusion, helplessness);  "Escape" into work or vice versa - denial overvalued as a result of parents to a child with impaired mental and physical development.  The study found that intense intra-family atmosphere resulting from the impact of a number of factors, including: - a high level of mental trauma the family members as a result of having a child with disabilities psychophysical development (37%);  - lack of motivation to assist such a child and elementary psychological and educational knowledge of parents (53%);  - rejection characteristics of the child because the parents personality characteristics of parents and their cultural value orientation (33%).  Found that parents predominant negative assessment of the future (56%), as the structure of ideas about the future dominate their fears, uncertainty caused by the effects of the disease the child.  The author notes that a synergistic approach has significant theoretical and methodological potential in the study of social phenomena since focuses on holistic perception of the world and human society perspective on mutual agreed common life.  The main parameters are: - a survival skill Targeting own life, allowing maintaining stability, structure (organize) the existing situation (the phenomenon integrity); - self as the ability to make models (model) ordering from outside (the result of interaction with other people and outside influences), openness to new experience, and search for new alternatives to development.  These options allow individual awareness of itself as an entity that can inspire and organize themselves for their own livelihoods.  The model presents a helical trajectory as the process of acquiring the families of children with mental and physical disabilities in developing capacity for self-organization.  It is presented as a duty acts origin of order and conservation, so-called cyclic (ring) causality exercised by the scheme: instability - stability - instability and so on.  The cyclic causality explains the need for complementarity and transitions from degradation to the structure, loss of stability under certain conditions, opening the way transient phenomena and transformation.  Synergetic approach has been applied to the study of psycho-emotional state of parents of children with mental and physical declines deepen scientific understanding about the personality of its crisis and ways to help her; allows you to define the context of functioning parents in the family and society, which micro- and macro-systems and explain the mechanisms of effective influence on the unique structure of each family according to its inner nature.  It provides researchers and practitioners the appropriate dimension that enables a holistic perception of the individual and society, and achieve mutual disclosure coherent common life.  Synergetic approach to the study of mental and emotional state of parents of children with mental and physical development and development of technology psychological support for them has made it possible not only to master qualities that enable emotional self-regulation and the implementation of responsible behavior on the background of the productive psycho-emotional state, but also develop their ability to plan the livelihoods of children and  families succeed in the situation of a child to acquire the optimal fulfillment in family and society.
