Principles of modeling lawmaking in the European Union and the possibility of using this principle in the Ukrainian national information security

In the article the principle of modeling, which is widely used in the legislation of the countries of European Union is considered. It is stated that this principle is the main one for the modern legislation of Europe. The proposal to use such principle in legislation of Ukraine is done.Model legislation adopted in the European Union is a very important instrument of influence on the formation of a democratic society.  However, the adoption of model laws requires a clear definition of many concepts that have only recently entered the human society.  Therefore, the European Union is at present the following model laws are not accepted.  As for Ukraine, it is important for our legislators joining the democratization process in all areas including in the area of trade secrets.  Legislation in the field of information security must be taken into account separately and international instruments.  Modeling, in our opinion, makes it possible to develop common rules on the information market, which in turn will contribute to the effective protection of commercial information.
