The Autogenic training as a method of the psychological help to children with the hearing impairment

The urgency of this problem is due to the fact that the presence of hearing disorders in the children contributes to the emergence of the secondary neuropsychic and anxiety disorders, requires a high level of professional training from the psychotherapists and medical psychologists, the fundamental knowledge of the theory and practice of the medicine, as well as the psychodiagnosis and the correction of the mental disorders in such children to improve their quality of life in a social environment. V. M. Rakhmanov determines that in a most cases the hearing loss develops imperceptibly in the children of the modern generation. For the first time the attention is paid to the pathophysiological mechanisms of the development of neuropsychic disorders in the children with the hearing impairments. It is proved that in time the unregulated hearing loss in a hearing impaired children contributes to a change in the the ability of the brain to recall the usual everyday sounds, since the auditory neural pathways  are not used effectively, so that the sound signals no longer enter the brain of the child, and over time the brain "forgets" the sounds and can no longer understand them.Thus, given the knowledge of the gradual process of hearing impairment from the the pathophysiological point of the view, we can prevent the development of the multiple secondary neuropsychiatric and the anxiety disorders in the children with the hearing impairment. As a researcher, I suggest that the psychotherapists and medical psychologists pay attention to the detached behavior of the children with hearing impairment in their social life precisely in the period from three to seven years after the first symptoms of the hearing impairment, when the auditory center of the child's brain retains a sounds that slowly begin to fade with the time.So V. M. Rakhmanov recommends checking the hearing in the child immediately after the parents noticed that the hearing of the child has worsened. It is necessary to simultaneously connect the work of a experienced psychologists and a  psychotherapists to prevent the development of a mental disorders, the art of treatment which largely depends on their ability to take into account the psychology of these children.From medical practice, it follows that the use of the temporary psychocorrection of a mental disorders in children with the hearing impairment in the conjunction with other therapeutic and rehabilitation a measures contributes to the rapid compensation of the child's body. The improving the physical and mental state in a children with hearing impairment is due to the reserves of their brain. Step by step it is systematized that the art of the psychotherapeutic treatment contributes to the reduction of a treatment and rehabilitation measures in a children with impairment the hearing up to 30-40 days, for which longer periods of rehabilitation were required (from 1 to 4 years and more).It is determined that it is necessary to provide the comprehensive rehabilitation assistance to children with hearing impairment in time using such modern method of psychocorrection as autogenic training. The main goal of the psychotherapists and medical psychologists for today is to make children with the hearing loss feel comfortable in the social space, first of all.
