Clash of criminalization in adolescence: an experimental aspect of the study

 The article emphasizes the importance of developing adolescents' ability to withstand criminalization. The types of situations in which adolescents are most at risk of criminogenic temptations are distinguished: when hidden negative circumstances are to be taken into account when trying to adapt to a new social environment or gain recognition in a group when the incentive for delinquent actions is void in a socially acceptable way. Described the results of the author's empirical study of adolescents with different levels of ability to withstand criminalization.Empirically, behavioral features (actual abilities, ways of responding to conflicts and patterns of imitation – in the terms of N. Pezeshkian) are revealed to adolescents, most of which are related to their ability to withstand criminalization. In adolescents who can withstand criminalization, such primary acute abilities as patience, time, tenderness, trust, hope are more developed. And also more expressive of such secondary actual capabilities as neatness, honesty, obedience, courtesy, culture of money handling, justice. Teens who demonstrate a high ability to resist criminality are able to creatively solve conflict situations. They inherited from their parents a more positive attitude to others. At the same time, the development of the ability to withstand criminalization is due not just to one of the listed peculiarities of behavior, but to their complexes.The existence of types of adolescents capable of resisting criminalization is substantiated, depending on the degree of connection of this ability with behavioral features. Highlighted: emotional-intuitive type (more expressed patience, time, tenderness and response in conflict situations through the sphere of "fantasy"); executive type (well-developed neatness, honesty, obedience); communicative type (there is a relationship of well-developed politeness, reaction in conflict situations through the sphere of "contacts", models of the imitation of behavior "We"); prudent type (there is a relationship with thrift (as ordered by the behavior with money and speeches) and justice); optimistic type (interconnected with trust and hope).It turns out that in order to develop the ability of adolescents to resist criminalization, it is advisable to pursue a purposeful psychological impact on their personality and behavioral education. The model of the formation of the personality of a teenager capable of resisting criminalization is substantiated. A program is proposed, the application of which allows to increase the ability of adolescents to resist criminalization.
