Psychological culture: essence structure, development process

Abstract

In the article was showed the results of the theoretical-empirical investigation about the psychological culture of education workers. Was showed the essence of this psychological phenomenon, it thinks as an integral compilation of psychological competence (ability to apply in the process of life knowledge, facility, skills), of value-semantic component, of cognitive component and reflection.   It was proposed operationalization of the concept «psychological culture» through the paradigm of activity self-development. Was revealed its structure through the motivational, value-semantic, cognitive, behavioral (activity), reflexive components. Was showed that psychological culture is the one of the aspects of process of forming professionalism, competence, professional maturity. The most intensive this process is happens into professional, self-education and self-development activities. Was analyzed the process of psychological culture development. It was detected that demand in the development  of own psychological culture  is needing at that moment when person in their profession life have  a lot of problems which needs to have an psychological knowledge and competence to work and count of  psychological factor (psychological reality). Was underlined that works the important psychological mechanism of development:  divergence between operational-technical and motivational side of activity.  Was consider the inner psychological preconditions of productive work in the development of psychological culture (formation of the wide range of motives; specific professional orientation to the learning and restructuring of person; professionally important qualities; developed processes of self-knowledge, self-evaluation, self-regulation, self-control; abilities of self-development; formation of education worker as a professional etc.). Was marked that reflection it is not only necessary condition of psychological culture forming, it is the instrumental component of it.
