Personal formation of a professional (on the example of polygraph examiners), Modern scientific researches devoted to the problem of formation of professionalism, reveal it in the context of the person's direct performance of professional activity.  It is determined that professionalism is regarded as a system organization of human consciousness, which includes, at a minimum, such components (human properties, praxis, gnosis, psychodynamics, knowledge, knowledge, experience, professional culture, as well as understanding the conformity of their own characteristics to the requirements of the chosen profession).  Personality acts as the central category of professional activity of a specialist.
