Principles of designing and organization of a psychological support system for the professional training of law enforcement officers
AbstractIn the process of selecting and analyzing the principles of developing a system of psychological support for the training of law enforcement officers, considering the cadet and psychologist as the subjects of activity, communication and knowledge, we proceeded from the following provisions: - the main purpose of psychological support is the creation of favorable conditions for the development of personality at all stages of its personal and professional development, implementation of actual and potential capabilities of the individual, effective learning of new knowledge in the field of educational and professional activities and the construction of a life strategy, optimization of professional and personal growth. This makes it necessary to definite and analyze the principles of the development of personality as a subject of activity; - psychological support of personally-professional development of cadets is one of the directions of activity of psychological service, which determines the allocation and analysis of the principles of its activity and organization of the system of relations between the subjects of interaction. As a general methodological basis for the study of personality at various stages of its development are: the principle of determinism, the guiding principles of psychology of development and self-development, the concept of personality as a subject of mental life, the principle of unity of the psyche and activities; principle of the system approach; the principle of actual and potential in the individual, etc. The activities of the specialists of the project are designed and regulated by the goals, objectives, provisions and main principles of the service of practical psychology in higher education. And here the analysis of the principles that are fundamental in the organization of psychological service is of great importance. These authors include: the principle of the diversity of forms and methods of work; Principles of morality, environmental friendliness; Sequences; Voluntary Flexibility; The allocation of priorities in the work, effective optimism and systemic; An individual approach; The principle of a ban on designing a result; Responsibility of the subject for making a decision; The principle of realism, etc.
