Abstract

The main results of the research of the nursing staff burnout syndrome are reviewed in this article. The program of ascertaining development phase of burnout symptoms in medical workers of phtysiatric and gynecological departments is substantiated, the techniques of empirical research was also analyzed in this work. The general characteristics of the surveyed are submitted. The results of the ascertaining experiment aimed at studying the regularities of influence of the professional experience of the nursing staff on features and qualitative characteristics of the burnout syndrome manifestation are presented. The received empirical data, results of their processing and analysis are used as a basis for developing a program of special psychological support of medical staff in their professional activity.
