Legislative basis of the bologna process standards implementation in Ukrainian higher education

The article investigates legislative basis of implementation the Bologna Process standards and principles in Ukrainian higher education, the strategic objectives and targets of the Bologna process, conceptual basis for modernization and development of higher education in Ukraine. Regarding the criteria of the European Union (EU), strategies formation of the European dimension of higher education nowadays are considered in this research. The article investigates the principles, objectives, and reforms of the Bologna process for creating a unique European Higher Education Area. The article focuses on the key priorities of Ukrainian government for action in last years are set out for legislative implementation the Bologna Process standards in Ukrainian higher education. The main goals and the considerable reforms anticipated by the Bologna process, are defined for legislative implementation of the Bologna Process standards in Ukrainian higher education. Principles and means of realization of state policy on national higher education are analyzed. The establishment of the Law, the state educational and scientific document, as the main legal, financial and organizational basis for functioning of the Ukrainian system of higher education is considered in the article.
