The problem of personality adaptation potential in psychological science
AbstractThe article provides theoretical analysis of the state docno problems of adaptation potential of personality. The basic approaches to studying the problem: sagaminopteron, subject associated with innovative potential of the personality, activity, existential. The adaptation potential of the personality is its integrative properties, expressed in relation (position, orientation) of man to the world; the system of competencies, based on which it is constructed and regulated by human activities, sense of the new, the ability to change methods of operation in accordance with the new conditions of operation; psychological attitude to non-traditional resolution of contradictions of objective reality; the extent of their abilities in the creative samosan and self-efficacy, encourage the person to self-actualization and self-development; the axiological potential of personality.
