Experimental program of development of reflexivity of future psychologist

Abstract

The article presents an experimental program which aims to develop the reflexivity of psychology students. The experimental program implements personality-oriented, subject-proactive, acmesynergistic, competency-focused and project-dimensional approaches for the organization of higher psychological education. The above mentioned program is based on developmental and correctional methods of active psychological impact as well as on methods of psychosynthesis and developmental coaching. The experimental program includes: developmental diagnosis, psychological counseling, correction and developmental programs, autogenic training, socio-psychological and educational trainings, reflepraktikum, organizational activity games. The synthesis of psychotechnologiesallows to increase the level of reflexivity of students, to form professional reflective skills, to acquire skills to solve reflexive problems, to integrate important professional and personal qualities of students of psychology in a holistic synthesis. The introduction of this pilot program is only possible in a high school which has a reflexively rich educational environment. The process of planning of the reflexively rich educational environment enables students for continuous immersion into the context of future professional activities. Innovative programs of development of the reflexivity of future students of psychological department are also presented.
