Abstract

Practice in developed countries has shown that, high quality education in departments of law science is a function of competition among these. This has been the logic of the Bologna Тprocess. Regulations on higher education in the Republic of Bulgaria are not in conformity with the said tendency. Bylaws, in particular in the sphere of law contributes to such increasing discrepancy.
