Prognostic determinants of individual occupational safety during vocational training

Abstract

The article presented theoretical and empirical study of professional identity security during the training.  The theoretical justification professional security identity while studying at the university contains analysis of social life satisfaction, which reveals the features of social and psychological adaptation of young men.  It notes that social frustrated the determining criterion for determining professional and safe condition future specialist.  It is this aspect and actualized the need for professional security research students to study their subject-personal profile based on their experience of social frustration. The program of empirical research and methods used complex mathematical processing of research results enables precise psychological meaning prognostic determinants of individual professional safety during training.  The main determinants of occupational safety students from middle and low social manifestation of frustration are indicators of personal autonomy, which indicates that they formed self-determination and independence, competence in the management and daily business activities, open a new experience, ability to establish relationships with other people.  Students with high levels of social manifestation of frustration characterized by low autonomy, difficulties in managing daily activities, feeling of inability to improve or change the conditions of their lives, a sense of powerlessness, expressed a sense of personal stagnation, lack of sense of improvement and personal growth and interpersonal relationships in isolation.
