Legal and social protection of subordinates as one of the main directions of the educational work of officers

For the last years the situation in our society significantly exchanged that naturally influenced also activity of Armed Forces of our country. The relevance of work is that the military personnel needs social support from the state. It is necessary to understand that proceeding from a human factor, the real efficiency of the person involved in military activity directly depends on in what conditions he lives. Readiness to give life for the Homeland has to be supported with the real actions from the state directed on creating favorable conditions for life of the military and his family. It is important to note, senselessly to require from the person of full return on service if he is not provided to all necessary. The social security is an existence of mechanisms by means of which are implemented a legal status of the military personnel and a guarantee of providing and the rights and freedoms. The governments of the majority of the countries claim that the military personnel is a special social group which has to be provided to all necessary due to financing from the state as life of "person in the uniform" consists in protection of integrity of the country and safety to its population.
